Privacy Policy

SB BUBU  ·  com.rhgames.sbbubucoinrush
Published by R.H. Games  ·  Effective 17 August 2026

This policy explains what SB BUBU collects, why, and what you can do about it. We have kept it specific to what the game actually does rather than listing every category a game might theoretically use.

The short version.

1. Who we are

SB BUBU is developed and published by R.H. Games ("we", "us"). For anything in this policy, including privacy requests, contact us at rhgames.contact@gmail.com.

Where data protection law requires a named controller, the controller for the data described here is Rafat Halasi, an individual developer trading as R.H. Games, reachable at the email address above.

2. What we collect

Account identifiers

When you first open the game, an anonymous player account is created automatically through Unity Gaming Services. This gives you a Unity Player ID — a random identifier that is not derived from and cannot be traced back to your name, email, or device.

If you choose to tap "Link with Google Play Games", the game receives a short-lived authorization code from Google Play Games Services and exchanges it for a link between your Play Games profile and your Unity Player ID. This lets your progress follow you to a new device or survive an uninstall. Linking is entirely optional and the game is fully playable without it. We do not request access to your Google account name, email address, profile photo, contacts, or friends list, and we never receive them.

Game progress

So your progress is not lost when you reinstall, we store the following in Unity Cloud Save, associated with your player ID:

Purchase information

When you make an in-app purchase, the transaction itself is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment method, card details, or billing address.

We do retain the Google purchaseToken and product identifier for each purchase. We need these to grant what you bought, to restore purchases on a new device, and to detect when a purchase has been refunded so the corresponding in-game items can be reversed. A refund check sends these values to our Unity Cloud Code function.

Advertising and device identifiers

The game shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads and measure them, AdMob accesses your device's advertising ID (AAID) and receives technical information including your device model, operating system version, coarse location inferred from your IP address, and your interactions with ads shown to you. This data is collected by Google, not by us, and is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

If you have purchased ad removal, ads are not shown and this collection does not occur.

3. What we do not collect

To be explicit, because these are commonly assumed:

4. Who your data goes to

We use the following third-party services. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

ServicePurposeData involved
Google AdMob Serving and measuring ads Advertising ID, IP address, device info, ad interactions
Google Play Games Services Optional account linking Play Games player ID, authorization code
Google Play Billing Processing purchases Purchase token, product ID
Unity Gaming Services Anonymous accounts, cloud save, refund checks Player ID, game progress, purchase tokens

Their policies: Google Privacy Policy · Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the service providers listed above.

5. Advertising consent

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the game shows you a consent form managed by Google's User Messaging Platform before any personalized ads are served. You may accept or decline, and you can change your choice at any time from the game's Settings screen. Declining does not restrict any gameplay — you will simply see non-personalized ads instead.

6. Legal bases for processing

If you are in a region covered by the GDPR or UK GDPR, we rely on:

7. How long we keep it

Cloud save data and account identifiers are kept for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, they are removed as described below. Purchase records are retained while the purchase remains eligible for refund reversal, and afterwards only where tax or accounting law requires. Data held by Google for advertising is retained according to Google's own retention schedule, which we do not control.

8. Deleting your data

You can delete your account and everything associated with it in two ways:

Deletion removes your Unity player account, any Google Play Games link, your cloud save, your stored purchase records, and all game data held on your device. Please note that deleting your account also deletes the purchase records used to restore previous in-app purchases, so purchased items cannot be recovered afterwards. Data already collected by Google for advertising must be managed through your device's advertising ID settings.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your data, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent. Because we hold no name or email address, we identify accounts by player ID — the deletion page explains how to find yours. Contact us at rhgames.contact@gmail.com to exercise any of these rights. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Children

SB BUBU is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Security and international transfers

All communication between the game and the services listed above is encrypted in transit using TLS. The game contains no custom networking code and transmits nothing over unencrypted connections. Our service providers are based in the United States and elsewhere, so your data may be processed outside your country; those transfers rely on the safeguards published by Google and Unity in their respective policies. We are based in Israel, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection, so transfers to us from the EEA require no additional safeguard.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change what the game collects, we will update this page and revise the effective date at the top. Material changes will also be announced in the app's Play Store release notes.
