Delete Your Account and Data
You can permanently delete your SB BUBU account and everything stored with it. There are two ways to do it — from inside the game, or by contacting us if you have already uninstalled.
This cannot be undone. Deleting your account also deletes the purchase records used to restore in-app purchases, so any items you have bought cannot be recovered afterwards — including on a new device.
Option 1 — Delete it in the game (fastest)
- Open SB BUBU.
- Tap the Settings button.
- Scroll to Delete Account.
- Confirm twice. Your data is removed immediately and the game closes.
You need an internet connection for this, because the data is deleted from our servers as well as from your device.
Option 2 — Ask us to delete it
If you have already uninstalled the game, or you cannot open it, email us and we will delete your account for you:
We respond to deletion requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
What we need from you
SB BUBU never asks for your name or email address, so we have no way to look your account up by them. To find the right account we need your Player ID.
- If you can still open the game: your Player ID is shown at the bottom of the Settings screen, underneath the version number. Copy it into your email.
- If you linked Google Play Games: tell us the Google account you linked with, and we can locate your account from that instead.
- If you made a purchase: the order number from your Google Play receipt also lets us find the account.
If you have none of these, we may not be able to identify your account. Because we hold no personal details, an unidentifiable anonymous account contains nothing that can be traced back to you.
What gets deleted
- Your player account and any Google Play Games link
- Your cloud save — coins, best distance, skins, boosters, unlocked levels, daily reward progress
- Your stored purchase records
- All game data saved on your device
Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately once processed. We keep nothing afterwards except where tax or accounting law requires us to retain a transaction record, which contains no personal details beyond the purchase itself.
Data held by Google
Advertising data collected by Google AdMob is held by Google, not by us, and is not removed by deleting your game account. You can reset or delete your advertising ID from your device's Google settings, under Ads, and manage your Google data at myaccount.google.com.
